Round verification
From paper to presence
Rounds are no longer self-reported. A round is a Bluetooth tag in the room for a duration. Compliance reporting becomes a query, not a paperwork exercise.
The strongest argument for SeniorVision is not efficiency. It is verification — the ability to demonstrate, at any moment, that the care a facility is paid to deliver has in fact been delivered, and to whom, and for how long.
The efficiencies follow.
An honest description, with the caveat that pilot data is forthcoming. These are the outcomes we are designing toward and committing to measure.

From assumed to measured
Time-with-resident, distributed across staff and shifts, becomes a managed quantity. Operators can see — and demonstrate — that no resident is invisibly under-attended.
Returned to the floor
Routine documentation that the system can verify directly is removed from the staff workload. The hours saved are returned to the residents the staff are there to serve.

By introduction.
A simplified illustration for an 80-room facility, drawn from operator interviews conducted in winter 2025. Pilot facilities will produce real numbers; we will publish them.
Figures are indicative. The mechanism is what matters: hours of routine documentation returned to direct care, and reporting overhead absorbed by the system.
Indicative, based on operator interviews — Winter 2025.
Every event the system processes is timestamped, attributed (to a tag or sensor, never to imagery), and held in an append-only audit trail held in the facility's own building. The data that makes the audit trail possible is the same data the dashboard runs on; there is no separate compliance pipeline to maintain.
For inspections, the operator queries the trail; for incidents, the response is supported by a record of what the room knew, when, and what was done. For the resident's family, the assurance is structural: there are no images of their relative to leak, because there are no images.
